1. Application

Rotational sand processor is mainly used for pumping well with high sand content.

2. Structure and Work principle:

It is mainly composed of upper joint, Ⅱfilter tube, barrel body, middle joint, inlet, artificial arm, and rotational body, lower joint and sand setting hole.

Rotational sand setting takes the principle of rotational flow-gravity settling. When the mixture enters from the inlet which opens in the tangent direction under the pressure and flow through the artificial arm, the fluid become rotational flow which has very high angular velocity. Because of different density of solid and liquid, their centrifugal force is different. The outer rotational flow which is produced by solid descend and sink to tail pipe by sand setting hole of lower joint. Inner rotational flow ascends under low pressure caused by high speed, enters the cylinder from center hole of artificial arm to be filtered for the second time by sand filter. After filtration, the liquid enters pump, but the sand sink to tail pipe and be released to artificial bottom of the well.

3. Characteristics

a. When sand output is less than 0.2%, the sand particle whose diameter is over 0.05mm can be separated.

b. High strength, no blocking and reusable.
