1. Application 

It is a new type sucker rod stem with anti-corrosion and anti-friction. It reduces the lowering resistance and neutral point and improves the force state of rod. 

2. Main Characteristics

1) High tensile strength

The rod is made of 35CrMo steel of integrated design with sold drawing and polished finish. Its inner has no thread connection. So it promotes the safety factor and improves the tensile strength. 

2) Good corrosion resistance 

After polish finish, spray-painted anti-corrosion treatment of rod and coupling surface increase the ability of corrosion and friction resistance.

3) Reduce neutral point of eccentric wear

The rod with big diameter of 30mm is applied. It increases 3kg/meter compared with the normal rod so that increase 0.45t each 150m in order to reduce the neutral point of eccentric wear over 100m.
