1、 Purpose

The quick-drilling bridge plug is designed to be used in the multi-layer fracturing of horizontal and vertical wells. It is a very important product in the exploration and development of shale gas. The non-metallic design of the quick-drilling bridge plug greatly saves the milling time.

2、 Working principle

Its principle is to use the thrust generated by the setting tool (cable or oil pipe transmission hydraulic pressure) to act on the upper slip, and the pull force acts on the shear joint. The upper and lower cones exert two forces on the sealant cylinder. Within a certain range of pull force, the upper and lower slips of the bridge plug break and are embedded on the inner wall of the casing, and the rubber cylinder expands and seals to complete the setting. When the tension continues to rise to a certain value, the shear pin is pulled off, the setting tool is separated from the bridge plug, and this process is completed.

After releasing the relevant perforation and other work, pull out the well delivery tool and put in the composite ball. After the ball is seated, the fracturing operation can be carried out on the upper layer of the bridge plug.
