Vacuum Return Sand Pump Technology

The differences between conventional sand pumping and vacuum return sand pumping column:
1. The tail tube of the conventional column is under the pump, the suction differential pressure of pump is samll and the sand pump cannot suction fluid if the level is lower than sucker mouth. Vacuum return sand pump is in th end of the tail tube, so the suction differential pressure becomes big.
2. The fixed valve is covered by sand sitting of conventional column. The fixed valve can not be opened when the differential pressure of suction fluid is equal to pressure of sand. In vacuum sand pump column, the sand sucked in cavity is pumped to sand sitting tube under the weight of column.
3. In conventional column, it costs a long time to separate water and sand. The sand pumping rate is low. In vacuum return one, the mixture of water and sand is pumped to sand sitting tube and be separated slowly there. It will not influence the suction of fluid.
