Vacuum return sand pump is successfully applied to 48 wells in Shanxi Fanzhuang area of Hubei oilfield from July 2011 to April 2012. The time of operation is decreased from 5-8 to 1., while the coal powder, coal dust and quartz sand are fished out. Reduce the time of column up and down to reduce tubing abrasion ,cost and labour intensity, and improve the efficiency. It’s welcome by workers and manager of coal seam gas and widely used in developing enterprises.
